Home made bread French toast. It is a nice oasis in the long drive through Colorado. They were making peach pie from scratch, people!
We had the most delightful visit and lunch at this little cafe. We discovered it quite by accident as we were passing through. If in the area, we will definitely stop by again.
We loved 4th St. Diner! The food was wonderful! The service was excellent and the prices were very good. We had breakfast but also took deserts with us. The scones were amazing! The blueberry and coconut pies we're delicious! Our server gave us a newspaper from Saguache and answered out questions about the diner and the town. We'll definitely go back!
Don't leave without trying a slice of pie! I tried cherry and it was great; not too sweet, not too tart, but just right. The crust is a recipe from the owner's mom, and it was the best pie crust I've ever had!! Really friendly service and charming place. We sat at the bar, which was fun and made me feel like I was in a different era. Highly recommend!!
